Privacy Policy
This policy explains how M2 Pro Design LLC, doing business as M2 ProDesign ("M2 ProDesign," "we," "us"), collects, uses and protects information when you visit m2prodesign.com, complete one of our forms, or join one of our text message (SMS) programs.
Information we collect
- Information you submit on our forms (hosted by Jotform), such as your name, email address, mobile number, goals and answers to form questions.
- Your SMS consent choice, including the date, time, form and wording you agreed to.
- Text messages you send to us, and delivery and opt-out records for messages we send.
- Basic technical information your browser shares when you visit our site.
How we use it
- To send the free guides, program information and coaching services you request.
- To send text messages only if you opted in, as described below.
- To reply to your questions, schedule calls and provide coaching support.
- To keep records of consent and opt-out requests, and to improve our programs.
Text messaging (SMS)
M2 ProDesign offers two optional SMS programs:
- Marketing and program texts: for people who check the optional SMS consent box on an M2 ProDesign form. Texts cover the M2 90-Day Transformation Program, M2 NextGenFitPro coaching for personal trainers, free guides (such as the M2 Holiday Survival Guide and the M2 Trainer Playbook), trainer webinars, program offers, call scheduling and reminders.
- Coaching texts: for enrolled coaching clients. Texts cover appointments, scheduling, check-ins, program reminders and replies to your questions.
We use your mobile number, consent record and replies only to send the texts you asked for and to support you. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies (marketing texts: up to 8 messages per month). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help at any time, or email coach@m2prodesign.com. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We do not sell your personal information, mobile number or SMS consent.
Service providers
We use trusted service providers to run our programs, such as Jotform (forms), Twilio (text message delivery), and our email and scheduling tools. They process information only to provide their services to us and may not use it for their own marketing. We may also disclose information if required by law.
Your choices
- Text messages: reply STOP to any text to opt out. Reply START to rejoin.
- Email: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
- To access, correct or delete your information, email coach@m2prodesign.com. California residents may exercise the rights available under California law the same way.
Security and retention
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. We keep consent and opt-out records as long as needed to honor your choices and meet legal requirements.
Sensitive information
Please do not include payment card numbers or detailed medical information in our forms or texts. Our programs are intended for adults 18 and older.
Changes and contact
